Easy Anatomy and Physiology is one of the best anatomy courses offered on udemy as it is considered a Best seller and has a 4.5 star rating the course consists of six hours of on-demand video I think what makes the scores of very good courses that there are a lot of quizzes in fact there are quizzes after every lesson. If you purchased of course you also get access to downloadable course notes that go over how to parties organized body cavities and body planes.
This is a great option if you learn best by using Power points slides or notes alongside a video lecture
The only con is at this horse is on the more expensive side as it cost $85

Anatomy and Physiology 1 is a college-level course taught on Udemy that gives comprehensive lessons on basic biological concepts that span disciplines such as physiology and anatomy. In addition to teaching anatomical science, the course focuses heavily on breaking down foundational bio topics that will become relevant in A & P 2.

This is another course found on Udemy and is the second part of the 2 part Anatomy and Physiology course series. Unlike part 1 this course does not have as much of a focus on foundational elements of anatomy such as cell biology.
However, when it comes to teaching advanced anatomy and physiology this course really does it right because of a few reasons. For one it teaches you everything in the context of the entire human body, and not just as facts to be memorized in isolation.
Currently, I’m a medical student and I definitely think this course would have served me well if I had taken it earlier in my education.
Students can use the course as a stand-alone course, or as a review course. personally, if I could go back in time I would have used this course the summer before enrolling into medical school. This would have given me a good starting foundation before taking anatomy as a part of my school curriculum. Additionally, I would use this in conjunction with part 1 of the series. l, and I would use it as a supporting resource during my in-person anatomy classes
The course is meant for a variety of different individuals such as those enrolled in allied health professional programs such as nursing physical therapy pre-medicine, and even those at the high school level taking AP anatomy
