What I like about UptoDate is that all of the sections are divided into short paragraphs. You don’t have to worry about long cumbersome, and wordy paragraphs that make it difficult to find the information that your looking for.

Up to date requires subscription however if you are a student at a medical school or work at a large university, your institution likely will be able to grant you free acess to a resource such as this.

StatPearls

StatPearls Point-of-Care tool is a clinical decision support tool that provides healthcare professionals with instant answers to help guide their clinical decisions.
