Draw it to Know it is an interactive tutorial based learning platform in which the users learn by drawing relevant anatomical, and physiological structures to help cement the learning of the relevant topic. Naviculars Anki Deck

Although this is not a question bank, it deserves a place on this list because it is quite helpful. This is an anki deck which contains histological subsections of important aspects of each organ systems. The card type it uses is image occlusion. Additionally it has a section that includes a comment that further explains the card.

Histology Guide.com (Free)

The quiz questions cover topics such as connective tissue, nervous tissue, peripheral blood and hematopoiesis. The only downside with this is that the quiz questions are not in written in multiple choice.

Digital Histology.org (Free)

This is a free  website created by Virginia Commonwealth Universtiy and contains a digital atlas of histological images. The question bank can be found by going to the section which says quizzes. 

The quizzes feature multiple choice questions,which are mostly identification type questions. The images in the questions range from light microscopy images, electron microscopy images, as well as blood smears. Additionally, if you get a question wrong you can keep trying until you get it right or press the show solution option. 

 This resource also contains a review textbook.

ArumScience.com (Free)

This contains a powerpoint of histology images and it asks you to identify which one. There are 22 different images In total and the answer key can be found on the last slide.

Medicine.TamU.edu (Free)

This resource contains a histology quiz, histology tutorials, electron microscopy, immunohistochemistry as well as a variety of other other topics. The histology quizzes are randomly generated

Access Medicine

Owned by the educational company McGraw Hill, Access Medicine is an online Educational resource which contains ebooks and question banks for basic and clinical medical sciences. One of the subject areas that it is strong in is Histology. To access the histology question bank, all you do is click on the section which says Study tools,

then click on the section which says basic sciences and then this will then bring up a drop down menu which lists Pathology and Histology as an option.

Once you click here you can then select any of the texts and generate a multiple choice quiz from any of those textbooks.

Median.luc.edu (Free)

This Histology question bank is from Loyola College of Medicine. Although this question bank does not necessarily use multiple choice questions, it gives you very nicely taken histology images and asks you to identify where the arrow is pointing. An example is seen below. You can also check for the correct answer in the upper right hand corner.

Cram.com is a web based app that contains pre made flashcards for multiplle subjects including histology.
